Dr. Richard Steedle - Past Speakers - details
Dr. Richard Steedle
To grow and thrive in today’s environment, we need great people, well trained in great systems to deliver
great service. Unfortunately, sometimes our practices are being held back by occasional conflicts, lack of commitment, and mediocre performance. This seminar will help you “diagnose” the causes of these problems in your practice. It will also provide practical steps on how you can eliminate those issues, improve individual staff performance, and develop a more harmonious and productive office. At the end of the day, you’ll leave the seminar with a clearer understanding of what may be holding you back and a concrete “treatment plan” on how to transform your team into a more powerful force for the success of your practice.
